At the beginning of February, the advertisement for our position was posted in the CRC and RCA publication and website. Since that time, we have begun receiving resumes and calls of interest. It is very early in the process and this week, the Search Committee reviewed the first round of submissions and continued finalizing the next steps in the search process. The Committee has also sought guidance from the CRC on approaching currently staffed and referred Pastors for interest in our position and continues getting guidance from Woodale Church. We are also exploring all referred or recommended candidates for interest.
